@fitbit @FitbitSupport are y’all having software issues. My versa 4 is taking away calories, steps and active minutes. Then hours later will randomly add steps and then take them away. Something’s up. Can you help? Probably not.

@fitbit I am telling you that I followed all of those steps. As I mentioned, there is no way to limit the data size; by, for example letting us download the previous month, like we used to be able to do with Fitbit. I get a pile of zipped data that I can’t extract, because it’s so big.

Please stop doing business with @Google and @Fitbit. I bought Fitbit Charge 5 in 5/22. Paid premium membership until 5/23. Renewed premium 5/23-5/24 ($85). Devise stopped holding charge 1/24 due to firmware upgrade. Devise useless. FB refuses to refund prorated prem fee. Thieves
