@FitbitSupport @fitbit @rosterloh Is anyone else getting ZERO CUSTOMER SVC from FB? 4.16.2022, I sent my ionic to FB with a promise of my money back. It's been almost 2 years. No one responds even though my case was escalated. FITBIT has robbed ionic owners and not paid $ owed.

@FitbitSupport I have been waiting since 2022 for my refund that you promised me for my ionic. @fitbit has lied and cheated many ionic owners out of $400 that they will not pay.
