Worst experience with @Expedia.Booked @British_Airways.Was given upgrade of Economy Select Pro with $200+ refundable fare.But chat agent says it is nonrefundable n call agent cant pull reservation.Feels like scam,taking extra,than giving std answers that airline policy to apply.
