Another disappointing situation with @Airbnb. After 7 years hosting with them, I decided to gradually reduce my listings and try other portals such as @vrbo, @bookingcom, @Expedia and other Google Vacation Rentals. Bigger revenue and better service, best decision ever made!

My wife has been on phone with @Iberia all day bcuz they cancelled her tix and they won’t rebook even tho there are open seats on the flight! Flight is in 15 hrs and still no explanation. Useless airline with terrible customer service. @Expedia

@Expedia pretty awful experience booking through you. Our host has just cancelled our booking 2 weeks before our trip. We have paid in full and given the timeframes all other properties are now way more expensive… What can you do to help?

@ExpediaUK I have been on hold with customer service for 45 minutes. My email has been changed and I cannot change it back to what it should be. I am being told that I have to create a new account losing my Gold tier and my credits. Absolutely crazy. Awful service from @Expedia
