@Expedia @ExpediaHelp please explain how changing a 12,000 mile flight from a guaranteed flight to wait-list is a "minor" change? My husband lost £2000 cos you deem it "minor"? No one in their right mind would chance it on 12,000 miles and 3 connections #legaladviceneeded
