@ExpediaHelp @Expedia on your website a hotel listed as “reserve now pay later”, but the hotel charged me right away. When I contacted the customer service, your agent told me that the hotel can charge you anytime if you choose pay at property! Is that a kind of scam? ??

@Expedia @ExpediaHelp do not book with Expedia unless you want them to charge you multiple times for the SAME purchase and then do nothing about it. Also your supervisor Jagat Singh was rude, unprofessional and did nothing to help us out. What a terrible company

@Expedia thinks it’s ok to double charge you for reservations and even when you have clear documentation that they are in the wrong they will not make it right. Steer clear of this horrible company that outsources its customer service to India! #fuckExpedia

@Hragy @Expedia Tell me about it… Got a ticket on @lufthansa’s app on 31/12/23, learnt by chance on 02/01/24 that I was charged twice, bank told me they can’t dispute charges until LH cancels wrong charge & LH won’t do it until 15/01/24 although it’s a debit, not credit card & their fault.

@Monisworld22 @Expedia I don’t understand how both companies can confirm a booking, charge your card without knowing that the facility is already booked out! The second one said she didn’t even have an active account on VRBO so how can they list them⁉️
