After taking their time to address the situation, I finally received a response that they were not going to do anything about it. I am a teacher, I do not work for a company that could use something like this, but they said I am just out of luck
@evernote@andrespallaro1@evernotehelps@evernote this appears to be the standard customer service approach. I contacted Evernote immediately at the beginning of the week suspecting an incorrect or fraudulent charge on my account. I do not not even know what something called Evernote Teams is.
I currently have 2,892 notes in #Evernote, the vast majority of which have been taken during conversations that I've had since 2015. In seconds, I can search all of them for keywords -- allowing for meaningful reconnection, actionable insights, and immediate forward motion.
