@DukeEnergy Apparently yall don’t transfer/send final bills if customers transfer/stop/start” new service at a new Duke Energy. You just send it to collections? What gives?

@DukeEnergy Duke Energy brags about hydro power while we in Florida are paying for a nucular (spelled correctly-ask a physicist) power plant that never came on line and getting ready to pay for solar power plants that won’t survive a hurricane. Good management LOL

@DukeEnergy why can’t I just have a simple call to move my services? Your agent was very nice and helpful but then I was forced to be transferred twice to 3rd party companies trying to convince me to buy things. Why is this necessary? I don’t have time!
