@DukeEnergy if storms damage your equipment how could that result in any cost to the customer? A storm recovery cost/fee paid by the customer seems like an injustice. The customer pays your fees, so if a storm unfortunately damages your equipment, that should be your responsibility

@DukeEnergy @DE_ShawnaB Customer’s payments indirectly make these grants possible….right? But your firm uses it for marketing, tax deductions and have the ability to choose what grants to give. If you didn’t beg to increase rates, the customers would have more to give to charity, and choose to whom
