Not clear in the @EPA rule, so far, is how to contend with plans like @DukeEnergy @SouthernCompany & @DTE_Energy ‘s that rely on speculative “carbon capture” and hydrogen transition to justify new #frackedgas power plants being constructed NOW, each with a 30 year life expectancy

@FedUpWithBadAir @DukeEnergy @NCDEQ NOPE - does not address the coal ash structural fill that is all over this town. Also - coal ash is still not regulated (the beneficial fill).
