@DirecTV said they "changed the package" so yesterday @WatchMarquee was no longer part of the Choice + Sports Package ($140/month + $14.99). To get the channel, you have to purchase a higher tier than that. Or just give MLB TV less money for a better product.

@RJMoore03 @DIRECTV @WatchMarquee That is bad, because you aren't the lose your cool person at all! Last year we went through a month of them blaming other depts for the mistake. This year they just gave up and logged off. Progress?

After an hour waiting on @DIRECTV's chat to sort out an issue that they never resolved about @WatchMarquee, they just logged off. It's impressive how each year they find new ways to treat their long standing customers like garbage while asking for more of our money to do it.
this alien nation option on @DIRECTV is like an acid trip when it goes to commercials.
