@DIRECTV My wife and I recently switched ISPs to AT&T and part of the package was Direct TV. You sent two devices, one of which does not work. I called your customer service number, spoke with a rep. He was to escalate the issue and call me back. No call. Absolutely unacceptable

@albabe10 @richarddeitsch On @PrimeVideo if you add the game to your watchlist before it airs, it gets saved and you can watch later. Hopefully @Netflix will work the same for games. Slightly OT: the DVR functionality (especially dual buffers) is what I miss most since @DIRECTV lost Sunday Ticket.

@sparkly_jules1 @DIRECTV @espn Directv did eventually flip to their streaming rather than satellite. It just seems extra dumb that we can’t stream on ESPN or ESPN+ a game that they are broadcasting, especially during the playoffs.
