@jawellstrio @CoxComm Stay hot @coxcomm. We had an outage this morning & I spent 2.5 hours on their chat with them telling them there was an outage only for them to say it was my equipment issue. I knew it wasn't because our neighbors didn't have service either. After 2.5 hours there was an outage.

@coxcomm @coxhelp What a plie of trash... I called 1/17 to check on my account and am told contract expired you are month to month. Called today to cancel service and am told I'm on auto-renew and early cancelation is over $1,200! Bait & Switch or just lack of integrity???

@CoxHelp @CoxComm 6th known outage in 3 days in the outer Wichita area. The fact that I pay for 10x the speed than I actually get AND it’s unusable is ridiculous. Might as well just full commit to using a hotspot instead.
