@CoxComm why is the maintenance update that was done this morning causing me to lose connection every 2 hours? This is ridiculous. I’ve gone through all the help, spoke to online chat and now have to have a tech come out.

.@CoxComm your tech may say your... - Buffering - ...line is fine but... - lost connection - ...the internet is still VERY... - buffering - ...slow! Make it work, don't simply say "It works" and... - reconnecting - ...drive away!
