@LynnGilmartin @CommBank What crypto are you buying? The blocking isn’t for YOUR protection, it’s for the BANK’s protection - for when the crypto disappears and people complain that the bank let them buy it!

@CommBank Nat - I don't think we need to pretend commbank aren't fully aware of this issue and the fact there is zero reason to hold these funds - but still every single public holiday, the same thing happens. What is the justification for not depositing people's pay today?

Another public holiday where the @CommBank withdraws wages from our business account but doesn't deposit them to staff. In 2024, they still hold salaries to public holiday ransom. Utterly ridiculous that this is legal business practice.

@troyhunt @CommBank The other issue I have with CommBank passwords is they are not case sensitive. I'm not sure how much that's weakens them, but it doesn't seem like the sort of thing any provider should be doing, let alone a bank!
