So exciting to have to deal with shitty @Xfinity upgrades in the area. Literally had the same issue two months ago, had a technician come out and he said, "we'll have to come back out because they're actually not "finished yet" that was just phase one." AND here we are, SHIT!

@Xfinity I’m not experiencing any more issues, but the fact that this is the first communication I’ve received from Xfinity regarding that outage and it’s been 2 days doesn’t exactly inspire me with confidence that these sort of issues will be rectified any more quickly in the future.
