@Xfinity if you ever want to feel unwanted by a company try using their automated system is absolutely the worst and trying to chat with someone is even worse you get dropped and then you have to explain your problems all over again, time to switch after 30 years

@Xfinity the worse part is adjusting your plan, you do everything the technician ask you to do by approving the new plan and you find out that they technician didn’t do it correctly and you get charged for two months at higher rate fighting with automation system it’s a joke

@Xfinity it’s Shane that I have always airdrop my tv to watch a clear picture, I have been with Comcast since 1985 and the service is just going down hill no matter how tech help or come out to my house I never get any issues resolved for a long period of time yet I’m charged
