After 23 yrs with @Xfinity , we will be leaving as soon as I can set up with @ZiplyFiber . Xfinity raises our rates every yr, this time almost 20%. Now want to charge over $140/mo for internet! (No cable). Refused to let us speak to a manager about it. Ziply is half the price.

@Xfinity it’s been a week now since we’ve had internet (2 weeks if you include when we didn’t have power), and very few updates and no ETA. You are about to lose another customer.
