@BSNLCorporate Hello, I want to downgrade my BSNL fibre plan in my hometown. Could you please help to provide the support? Reason: Initially this connection was taken during the pandemic. But, right now not that much usable. So, Iā€™m planning to downgrade it. I hope understand.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN I have registered complaints for cut-down of FTTH cable weeks back and complaints are getting auto resolved without being actually resolved it's been more than 10 days and still not resolved with number 04268266190 solve issue or slash daily charge
