Why do private mobile simcard recharge shops NOT provide reachege of @BSNLCorporate in city like Mumbai?
I asked many recharge facility providers, all said NO.
Moreover, @BSNLCorporate is not bothered about it...
Do BSNL employee want to shut the company permanently?
