So...Paid @SiteLock over $800 for security protection, and my website has been down more times than it's up! @bluehost is my webhosting company. Anyone else have problems with either of these companies?

Warning: @bluehost will hold your account hostage. Between 6 agents & 3 weeks I've requested a cancelation over 30 times in chat now- only to continue receiving passive aggressive responses & a refusal to do so. If you ever think to try this service, do yourself a favor & don't.

@bluehost Good Morning, We have been dealing with website issues now for several weeks. We have a "News" tab on our site & when we upload the current news, the system does not "save" We keep getting these polite email responses stating they are working on it. We have a business run. Help !
