@bluehost There was no ticket number provided and as of now my company emails are still down. I have requested an email to make my complaint to and still have not been provided with this. Closing a chat when I am still making points is not "kind support".

@bluehost Poor customer service from your semi automated chatbot and unwillingness to provide an email address to make a complaint about you cutting off my company wide emails for 28 hours and counting! Then closing the chat whilst I was still typing! Customers mean something!
