@TheYamorino @BlizzardCS The assumption by all developers worldwide that somehow the user *has* to be at fault, and the program could *never* be in the wrong, infuriates me to no end. It's especially frustrating while troubleshooting & every program is like, "We won't even check our end, U R the problem"

@BlizzardCS dear blizzard… you wrongfully banned my friend from Overwatch last night in the middle of gaming. Why? First it was the VC issue now we are just banning people to ban them? They can send you proof since they were streaming that they did not do anything wrong.
