@ATT @Money23Green Spent the last 3 hours attempting calls to every ATT support and sales number to make a simple change to billing on my account. Keep getting transferred and hung up on. So my schedule today will be to visit Verizon to switch over my family and business phones.

ATT suddenly ups my bill up by $15, with no change of service, hardware, or any discernible value-add, and then in the same month exposes all my account info in a major breach. @ATT @ATTHelp absolutely GFYS :)
