AT & T Broadband Internet Outages in California

Congress should look into these internet providers because it’s ridiculous that some areas have only 2 options to choose from and they are one worse than the other. @ATT taking the cake today with horrible costumer service for a problem they caused us by wrecking the line.

We’ve been told that our internet will be back tomorrow afternoon. Apparently squirrels went ham on the fiber optic cables and damaged hundreds of feet of cable. Like @ATT stop making the cables so dang tasty then! Hopefully we can still stream tomorrow night.

Called @Xfinity tonight to complaint about the outrageous price increase in my monthly bill… They got me in a chat for 1 hour, no resolution, they promise to call me tomorrow. 5 minutes later… my internet is disconnected without any reason. WTF? Time to switch to @ATT ?
