@ItsCoachChesney@ATT@Ask_Spectrum We had spectrum in NY for like a month and it was more unreliable than COMCAST which says a lot. Spectrum likes reaching out to save face but never end up doing anything other than say "sorry and here's some credit". It's a joke. Best of luck to you and Alden Chesney.
