Day 4 of not having WiFi & the @ATT rep first offered me $7 when I mentioned that I wfh & had to leave the house to work. All I could do was laugh. The 2nd rep offered $30. At this point, I’m over it & ready to switch. The fact that I had to call them back for an update is wild.
