@ATT Maybe if u stop paying Jordan Spieth, Jerry Jones, Lily, and all those other celebs maybe you could hire live agents to help with customer service? I called 5 different numbers and not one live agent to cancel my service due to not connecting my Ethernet! Horrible service!

@ATT I’ve called 5 different numbers with no ability to speak with live agent…can’t use service if Ethernet not connected Your tech never showed I want to cancel service Can’t use if u don’t connect No live agent help??? Why???
