@SeanElstob @AppleTV @AppleSupport So it’s not really a tvOS issue or support issue, probably @AppleTV needs to change the version on the server? or wherever they place the film for us to watch. @TomCruise am sure wouldn’t wouldn’t be happy us watching a HD version on 4K capable tvs as it’s kind of unwatchable

@SeanElstob @AppleTV @AppleSupport If you got to the horrible new store the movie shows HD now I know newish tvs will try and upscale but still looks terrible. So I think it’s hd not 4K and as you say and I compared fallout 4K DV to Dead Reckoning and it’s defo not 4K albeit DV does activate.
