@Amtrak I unfortunately have to report that while the connecting trains to Greensboro were on time and comfortableā¦ the Silver Star experience north was uncomfortable- and so late we missed our connection. The Silver Star south is already delayed, will become so as night goes on.

@averwhy2 @Amtrak I don't get why gates aren't announced for acela trains as early as possible, especially since it should be a relatively easier boarding as there are assigned seats. But that might just be a software issue or last-minute changes I suppose

@Amtrak i am not feeling happy today may 7th 2024. I was the 682 downeaster from Dover NH to Boston north station and to take 685 from Boston to Dover NH for both trips to be 30 minutes late both ways I donāt appreciate both trains to be 30 minute plus delay. Please respond
