Extremely disappointed in @Amtrak@IDOT_Illinois@INDOT and @USDOT on the day of the eclipse for not drastically increasing the number of trains today between Chicago and: Carbondale, Cleveland and Indianapolis. Oh wait there are no trains to Indianapolis!
