@nj_hiker @GrulkeLamonte No, @Delta uses an @AmericanExpress card to buy jet fuel & crude oil. It has a credit limit of $1.1 billion. It's in one of Delta's SEC filings.

@AmericanExpress I am extremely disappointed in Amex and will never deal with you again. Donā€™t bother to respond with your standard note about calling in. You cancelled my card after 19 years with no warning because I hadnā€™t used it in a year.

@AmericanExpress But there has to be someone up a chain who can bypass a computer in the name of customer service at @AmericanExpress. Everyone was also very nice until the last person I spoke to, who said that it was their policy to never adjust an interest charge. Which had me wonderingā€¦
