hey @amaysimAU I have four phone numbers with you (i.e. the family) one of them has just run out of data (the teenager) and I have hundreds of gigabytes data banked on my other numbers - is there not a way to transfer excess data between numbers? And if not why not?

The future has arrived - realised while on the plane to Sydney that I'd forgotten my Australia SIM card. Opened up the app, using inflight wifi and got a replacement eSIM activated and downloaded to my phone. Well done @amaysimAU!

@amaysimAU I’m having an issue with my phone service. I was talking with an agent, they tried to reset something and the chat has been reconnecting since. My service is now saying 3G instead of 4G, whatever they did made it worse. I can’t dm you because I’m not a premium sub here

@amaysimAU Check your complaints/feedback -your "Agents aren't available" -I was not able to have access to this 60GB -due to my data being (shown in 'my usage' as) chewed through prematurely-when I was not even using the device/phone. There are several instances of this. Witnessed as well.
