1/2 @AlaskaComm so basically, your company installed a bunch of new lines at my workplace, and 2 of the lines -are fucked up and you're refusing to fix it, causing me to have no voicemail, caller ID, and can't even barely answer the phone.

@AlaskaComm Ty our fiwi is back up. BTW I suggest you guys put a fence around the tower at 6.5 Mile East End Rd. 2 vehicles have been parked there for over a week. That fiber box, switch, router tower ect needs protection from delinquents. Thanks again

@AlaskaComm I understand you all were closed for the Holiday, but we are on our seventh day with no internet and no indication of when someone can come out. The chat option hasn’t work so far this morning, similar to yesterday, how can there be no option to speak with someone over the phone?
