Airbnb Problems in Oakland

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp please get back to me. This is unacceptable to not address my issue as a host and advertise my listing as a private room instead of an entire home. So far I got 6 responses that do not address the issue.

@jjesse @vrbo @Airbnb I’ve had this issue with Airbnb. Host checked after confirming my booking, and voila, those dates were already booked on VRBO. She lied to Airbnb Support in order to secure a cancel without penalty. Very annoying (Sonoma County in my case)

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb My host canceled my reservation 4 days before I was supposed to arrive (I'm flying mind you). It's a busy time of year where I'm going and the cheapest 2 bedroom rental is literally $2k. My original rental was $950. Y'all credited $48 to my account
