@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp im very dissatisfied with the fact that I was told by one of your agent ..that cockroaches found in property is not an issue!!! This is unacceptable !! Mould also was at the property.. and it was deemed to be worth just 30% off one night refund! Never again

@SadCustomers @Airbnb Hey...thanks for your interest...I paid with debit card sadly long before we left- so far airbnb saying cos we didn't report these privacy& safety issues within 1st 72 hours of our 2 month stay they don't count..we didn't know til they happened!
