@Ask_Spectrum why am I having to change my own faulty cable box? I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years. This box has reset so many times we have missed recordings and shows we wanted to watch. Don’t want to cut cable but it seems like an easier option at this point.

Missed half a day of work yesterday because of @Ask_Spectrum outages. Now it’s out AGAIN this morning? You guys have GOT to do better. You charge too much for services that are always going out, and choppy when they’re up.
