Recent @ATT QCI change for Elite/Premium plans has greatly eroded the premium experience. Data is barely usable half the time.

@FidhGolden @ATT Other than some extra hotspot, Latin America access and maybe Max if you're on Elite still there's no incentive for Elite/Premium plans anymore.
