Kudos to @AppleStore in @OldOrchard in #Skokie. A charger tip broke off in teen's #iPhone (she doesn't know how, but assuming she tossed the phone into her purse and wasn't too careful. Kids!) The "Genius" at the store fixed it in 5 min. Plus, he #comped it, which was nice.
