Today I went shopping @ZARA, who are you using as models for your clothing? I'm a 14-16, I couldn't even fit into the XL sizes. I'm not too hung up on how I look but for people who are & worry about their weight, this could send them into a downward spiral, @ZARA sort this out

@zara return & exchange policy and customer service quality is trash. On two occasions I’ve seen them disrespect customers over missing receipt that they could’ve reprinted from their systems. Pathetic that such a large conglomerate is operating like a run down corner store. I

@blackswanroses @ZARA 'All Saints' have been doing it for years with their bland 'torn' clothing made from what looks like scraps. Walked through Primark the other week & nearly dozed off with boredom before I got to the exit door. Beige overload. Bland, samey & depressing. Charity shop abundance too

@ZARA_Care @ZARA The company you work for in Türkiye, Birgündekargo, has not delivered my order for 10 days. Despite thousands of complaints, how can a brand like Zara partner with such a courier company? How can you allow customers to be treated like this? It's truly a disgrace.

@ZARA so today I find out that if you don’t pay online using your debit card you can’t exchange only refund they then charge you£2.95 to return and then charge you to repost the different size I actually don’t carry my debit card I pay by Apple personally I feel it’s a rip off
