@ZARA so today I find out that if you don’t pay online using your debit card you can’t exchange only refund they then charge you£2.95 to return and then charge you to repost the different size I actually don’t carry my debit card I pay by Apple personally I feel it’s a rip off

@ZARA @ZARA_Care your online delivery partner in Turkey Birgündekargo is not delivering online orders, misleadingly sets status, and is not reachable for status updates. Your online support team remains very inactive in the process. Very disappointing!!
The Normal-ish dresser
Just looked at @zara new collection and it's such a disappointment. For a company with a big budget like Zara, it should be extremely easy to make clothes that appeal to an average woman. Just look at what pieces sold the most in the past collection and repeat that.
