@Yelp has the worst sales strategy. A sales rep pressures you into trying their ads services by entering your credit card info saying you can cancel without charge. After you cancel, Yelp still charges you and tells you that you didn’t cancel properly.

@Yelp is THE worst site to use for small business. They took down all my reviews (with verified purchases) because THEY felt like they were real… how? And no “human” gets to decide that.

54 - reviews showing on Yelp. 75 - 5-Star reviews from legitimate past customers (with other reviews from same account) filtered out. Competitors have 180+ reviews showing with barely any filtered out. The difference? They pay for ads
