@mediavelopment @YahooCare @yahoomail I don't think they know what 2 do. I can't lose them. Its 1 of my lifelines 4 my parents care/health issues. If I had known I would never had trusted @yahoomail @YahooCare . I wish I didn't need it but I can't afford 2 lose all this information. Some of it I needed yesterday

@YahooCare @yahoomail and onto your phone number 0808 which is premium rate 16 min on hold & had to put down due to cost. It won't send a code to phone number & I keep getting is ignored. Why can't you just send people links to create new password. It doesn't recognise mine
