@Xbox As a former @xbox fan I have to say you have the worst refund policy ever. Can't even refund a game to purchase the premium edition at a higher cost and played it for 1 hour. It's like you don't want customers to pay you more money. #ps5 player now.

Soo i have to purchase the Ultimate Bundle for XBL. Rather than the 9.99 monthly, even though i’m not interested in a single game on the Game Pass…to play a game that i paid $100 for????? @Xbox @Microsoft I can’t play multiplayer unless i have the ultimate package? Be for real
