@Fred420170 @VanHustle @Sonnie_Slim @Xbox Unfortunately it seems to be an exclusive issue with the Windows app store which ultimately feeds Xbox app. Tried your tip, thank you, but unfortunately the problem still persists. I have no throttling problems with regular Downloads, Steam, Rockstar Launcher, Epic, etc.

@FlackGregory @Xbox I knew the windows 8 connection, which is why I figured Xboxes and the old MS Phones run on a modified windows With that in mind, changing the privileges to unrestricted windows access seems incredibly plausible to me (even just running as a VM), but I’m not a programmer
