I’m gonna be honest, @WOW_WAY might be the shittiest internet I’ve ever had. It’s gone down every single day for the past two weeks including one day that had a nationwide shutoff.
@WOW_WAY I'd like to say something to this. For all the people that you give Internet/tv to, I see 2, if not 3x the annoyance reports about your internet/tv service going down. BEST? I doubt that, very much.
@WOW_WAY EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY LOSING INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! We pay over 200 $ a month, pay for sports surcharge we DON'T WATCH sports! We pay for strange made-up fees, basic cable, basic internet that never reaches speed we are supposed to have!! FED UP!!!
Hey @WOW_WAY can you please keep my internet connection for more than 30 mins at a time? I have been getting disconnected and reconnected for over 5 hours and it's making work incredibly difficult. Thanks

Currently trying to change our services to streaming waited on the phone for 15 minutes for customer service and call was cutoff. Email is not working and tech support is saying it will be escalated and fixed in 72 hours. I might want to rethink my service
