@WOW_WAY EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY LOSING INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! We pay over 200 $ a month, pay for sports surcharge we DON'T WATCH sports! We pay for strange made-up fees, basic cable, basic internet that never reaches speed we are supposed to have!! FED UP!!!

@WOW_WAY Currently trying to change our services to streaming waited on the phone for 15 minutes for customer service and call was cutoff. Email is not working and tech support is saying it will be escalated and fixed in 72 hours. I might want to rethink my service
