I’m gonna be honest, @WOW_WAY might be the shittiest internet I’ve ever had. It’s gone down every single day for the past two weeks including one day that had a nationwide shutoff.
@WOW_WAY your service is so unresponsive and WOW is not providing customer service for products and services they sell, the worst customer service, never get a English speaking person
If you have another choice do it
@WOW_WAY I'd like to say something to this. For all the people that you give Internet/tv to, I see 2, if not 3x the annoyance reports about your internet/tv service going down. BEST? I doubt that, very much.
@WOW_WAY EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY LOSING INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! We pay over 200 $ a month, pay for sports surcharge we DON'T WATCH sports! We pay for strange made-up fees, basic cable, basic internet that never reaches speed we are supposed to have!! FED UP!!!
Hey @WOW_WAY can you please keep my internet connection for more than 30 mins at a time? I have been getting disconnected and reconnected for over 5 hours and it's making work incredibly difficult. Thanks
