@JosephSchettini@WOW_WAY@WOWCare I'd love to change ISPs with the issues I've had over the last month. Unfortunately, only Wow and a much worse service are available in my area
@mezza_503 I just cancelled @WOW_WAY because they couldn't fix their network after 6 months of them sending techs that couldn't work on the equipment. 3 days into @comcast has been a game changer... Literally
@WOW_WAY I think it’s pretty crappy the only way that current customers can get the new price lock is to upgrade to a more expensive service just to get what new customers are receiving! I want my same plan for the same offer others are getting. I know I’m not the only person!!
@WOW_WAY all week long we have had outages in our Internet with you and it's getting ridiculous! When we work from home, we need reliable service! I'm paying way to much to keep having these issues!!!!!
