@MikeHindle @wordpressdotcom It does have some interesting improvements and Calypso—the former editor—was a really good alternative to the WordPress admin area. The support isn’t brilliant though, which lets it down a little.

@wordpressdotcom OK, but this is a Desktop App issue. You may need Jetpack to work with it. But I'm not a mind reader. I would never know to look in the Jetpack guide for errors I'm having with the Desktop App. Honestly, this product seems like an unsupported afterthought, or a Beta product.

Can someone help us @wordpressdotcom ? We completely lost our website. We are unable to recover it. AND nobody is replying to us by email (and live chat support is not working - error in JS console). Errors can happen. But customer support is terrible here.

@ResellersPanel Are you guys shutting down? Where is the new @wordpressdotcom plugin? I have been a reseller for 20 years and now I have to use a plugin that has not had an update for three years? This forces me to stay with an old ver of WP. Not cool.
